Spam

Hi
I receive a number of e-mails from the same source every day.
About a week ago they all started dropping into my Spam folder, and even though I mark each one as 'not Spam', they still go there.
Tonight I marked one 'Not Spam' and instead of shifting to my In Box as usual, it has vanished completely!
Any advice appreciated, thanks.

It's not 'my' job, so you are not doing anything 'for me'.
This Question is about spam on my personal e-mail account, it has nothing to do with the AB, so if you can't offer a relevant response, please don't clutter up the thread with your usual pointless sniping.

Buenchico - // Which email provider are you using, Andy, and how are you accessing your emails? (i.e. are you using webmail, where you use your web browser to visit the provider's website, or are you using a dedicated email client, such as Outlook, Thunderbird or the Windows 10 Mail app?) //
Hi Chris
I use G-Mail, and I simply access it through their site.
The mails I get are from an agency, and I have put the name of the agency in my Contacts, but it doesn't seem to have done the trick, so any help gratefully received, as always.
