New Phone Scam?

We have just received a phone call to say someone has withdrawn £600 from our 'Mastercard' ( old name for NatWest credit card). I think this is a new scam.

Funny, it's always £600 that someone has withdrawn. The scammers don't seem to have the gumption to vary it a bit.

Yep, I've had this too. It was funny because I was online banking when they rang, so reported it straight away. It's so sad that people fall for these things

I track such scams through https://www.theunknowncall.com. It's always necessary to be cautious. Or you can come to such a game. Do not answer calls from unfamiliar phone numbers as much as possible, have them leave a voice message.
