I have an alexa firestick and pay for google prime. When it was first set up I was given a number I had to put into the TV. I now wish to use it on another TV, (upstairs),but cannot find where I have written down the code. Can anyone suggest how I can retrieve it, or a phone number preferably, so I can have someone talk me through it. Any suggestion would be appreciated ,thanks.

There's no such thing as google prime. If you were given a number, it was probably delivered by email. Check your old emails.
Amazon Prime? I have a firestick on one TV, but never had a code. Can you use the same one in different sets?

Sorry I mean Amazon Prime. When I put it on the first time I received a four digit code to activate it.I will try to look back at emails but as it was a year ago I think it might have been well cleared out. thanks for the advice.
Have you actually tried it in the other TV? I would imagine the code was just to activate the stick and had to be entered via the TV, once activated it may well work in any TV
Looking at Amazon's help pages it appears you just put it in the new TV, no further set up required
