My virgin WiFi has been acting most oddly over the last few days. We have many devices in the house but some will and some won't connect. The desktop won't two laptops will and 2 won't one phone will and the other won't and the tablet will sometimes. How can I sort this preferably without calling virgin
Exact same problem with our Virgin WiFi last month. Phoned them and they ran tests on our router remotely. Dodgy router. Came out and replaced router. Problem solved.
Thanks all. I bit the bullet and called them. Apparently there's a known fault in my area which is not going to be fixed till Monday. Bummer. You don't realise how much you rely on WiFi till you don't have it!. I also don't actually believe them☺☺
