Can No Open Emails On Samsung Tablet

Emails in Samsung tablet won't open..keep buffering..deleted cache but no different..if I delete data will I loose all my emails?

You did right thing with cache but I also read on google you need to take your account off the tablet then put it back on see if makes difference
