I’ve just done the latest Apple update on my iPad and now I can’t log on to AB. I put my username and password in, hit sign in, then I get taken to the front page, but I’m still not logged in. I’m using Chrome on the iPad at the moment, which let me log in OK.

Anyone else have the same problem? I’ve cleared cookies etc, switched it off and on but it’s made no differnce.

Try powering off leave 20 seconds and power on see if that sorts it.

The two who've replied obviously have not read the last paragraph of the OP....good grief!

If you can log on with Chrome what's the problem?
I hate Apple updates Rocky , all sorts of gremlins come out to play, try clearing the cache on your iPad
The update shouldn’t have anything to do with being able to log in to a website using a browser. If you ever think cookies or cache is an issue then just try to log in using a “private” or “incognito” window
Chrome is your problem -I never use Chrome to access AB as it crashes frequently.
I use chrome...and never have problems. So far.
But I'm not on an iPad...
So, what is it you use on the iPad that isn't letting you log in ?

I can't log in on Safari when using the ipad. Chrome's a pain on the ipad, it doesn't like AB very much
Have you tried Firefox ?
Ah, then maybe it's Safari that needs updating. As some have suggested, try a few other browsers to see if there's one that suits you better.
