Cleaning A Laptop Speaker Of The Dell M6800
5 Answers
ive noticed my laptop speaker 'grill' is full of grime, i scraped a bit out and each tiny hole has a blob of grime covering it.
I realise its probably not affecting the sound quality much, but still i thought i might give it a wipe - or scrape - but i cant find any way to get to it.
ive seen a tutorial to remove the speaker itself, but it means dismantling the entire laptop and even then it doesnt actually access the 'papery-fabric' stuff that covers the speaker.
there are over a 100 tiny holes gunked up, so i dont really want to scrape each one - plus theres a risk of puncturing it.
any ideas how i can clean it?
(i'm not losing any sleep over this, if its a hassle i just wont bother, just wondered if there was any tips or if anyone knew how to open that bit
thanks
