Any Tips For Improving Mental Health

Hi there I am wondering if there are any tips for improving mental health I absolutely am driving myself crazy with worry over possible exposure, I've got insomnia my stomach is constantly churning and my mind is constantly racing any tips on how to get my mind off this

Watch less news and listen to more music.
Keep coming on AB and look for opportunities to poke fun at us all.
I was going to say similar (almost). Stay off the news, listen to Classic FM (who hardly mention the virus) and don't spend too much time on AB because it's 90% full of nothing but coronavirus worries, often without thought to the emotionally vulnerable. Get yourself some Kalms and try to get some sleep and fresh air if you can. Best wishes.

Try to find something that interests you - maybe something that you've not had time for before.
Do you like making things ? Joining groups on line maybe and try to get some exercise if you can in the fresh air. Being with nature in parks etc can be quite calming. I do hope you feel better soon.

If you turn on LBC for the Clive Bull show which is now on they will shortly be discussing the mental health advice to those who have locked down.
Simple things like a chess app and puzzles etc can be very beneficial, keep the grey matter occupied

You gotta maintain a sense of humour or you might go mad. :-)
Avoid the cheap sheet papers like the plague...Ooer.
Listen to music. Watch some comedy. Don't watch the news. If you want an update, I'm sure there's many on here who can help...x
