and for the BBC News Reader to cut off in mid sentence anyone who has been invited to speak - they do it every day. Here's an idea - when its getting to almost 5 pm don't introduce a new speaker who you know won't be able to finish their sentence when you cut them off to go over to Downing Street.

And tonight they cut off the press briefing in mid flow to go to the 6 o'clock news - which was reporting on the press briefing!

It was right in the middle of an answer to a question about the new condition in children as well.
I’d not be surprised if there were a few complaints
