I have managed to record a video but cannot get it to send - how can I do this (words of one syllabubble please). I want to put it on facebook. Every time I try to send it to my email it says the file is too large.

I don't understand why you're trying to email the video. You should be uploading it to FB directly. See 'Part 1' here (but ignore the 'Free dowload' bit that comes later):
