Hi, I have been given a phone, which is an iPhone. The current one I have is an android. They are both on EE. Is it possible to put the number I have onto the new phone with out waiting for the shop to open.

I would thing the store would have to port your number over via the computer , but have you tried your SIM from the android to the iPhone ? If so, what’s it saying?
If it’s ‘ no service’ then you best go to the shop

Just go to the EE website and there will be a way of doing it. No one needs to go to shops these days.

That's what I was thinking. The iPhone sim is smaller. Will try the web site, if not I will have to wait. Thanks for. your answers.
