Hi ab techies, I have a mini iPad 4 and use FaceTime almost daily to speak to my mum in law. Apparently I can speak to two different people with two screens showing, but cannot work out how to do this. Or is this only available with the mini iPad 5 and above? Thanks in advance, chox.
Buenchico, that;s very helpful, won't be able to give it a go, but will try it out in a day or so .... my MIL stumbled on this by accident from her ipad (5), so hope we can do it from ours (4). Thanks so much, much appreciated. Cheers, Chox
You need to go to Settings and check if FaceTime is on or not. If it is off, turn it on. In facetime, click on the add button and enter the contacts, phone numbers, or email addresses. Now you can talk with up to 32 added contacts at one time.
Thanks both, you've been extremely helpful. Delighted to know we can chat to more than one person (on different screens) at a time. Amazing. Will give this a go later this week when I've rounded a few people up for a call. Cheers, everyone. Chox.
