Vpn Suddenly Stopped Working On Vodafone Broadband

Has anyone experienced any issue with connecting to the server via VPN?
My connection works fine on another ISP and hotspot connection.
I had the connection working since March and as of today it stopped working.
I already spent almost 2 hours talking to Vodafone broadband help and they can't seems to help.

Have you tried turning everything off and then turning it on again? Yes, I know that sounds like a rather trite answer but it seems to work whenever I experience broadband connection problems.

Yes we tried resetting the router, and even switched it off for 30mins and turn back on, still does not work.
I need to get it to work otherwise i won't be able to do my work from home.

I know Vodafone broadband gives lots of trouble to my colleagues as well on the VPN connection. But it only happened to me today.
They have changed ISP to resolved.
I might need to do that, but will be forced to pay for early termination of the contract.
Is your VPN configured on individual devices (such as your PC or mobile phone) or is it configured on your router for all devices? Which VPN are you using?
Difficult to give any sort of accurate diagnosis, but has something changed at your end which might have caused your (static) IP to have changed? Is this why you can't connect / log in / whatever you're trying to do?
