Can Anyone Give Me Any Help With Office 365?
13 Answers
My emails seem to go in a ‘trail’ but I want to detach the original email to forward to someone without forwarding the whole conversation. Does this make sense? It is no longer in my ‘inbox’ on the day I received it. Anyone help?

For security purposes I need to prove the attachment was sent with the original email. I’ve tried forwarding but the attachment then seems to move to the new email rather than stay in the body of the original email. Not sure if anyone will understand what I’m trying to do.
if you just want to prove when you got the email and it had an attachment and you don't have the original (where is it?) then you need to send a picture of it, you could download the snipping tool which is very useful (rather than using printscreen) and then copy and paste the image into a new email.
Prudie The emails appear to go into a ‘conversation’ so the original email is at the base of this conversation. I’ve done loads of these transactions before but in 365 they are totally different. I can’t get my head round it.
Calmck the attachment is forwarded but doesn’t show as having been attached to the original email which I need it to. I have to attach an additional form and both then appear together at the top of the new email. This all sounds very complicated I’m sure.
Thanks for all the help, it will have to wait until Monday, just very frustrating not being able to work it out.
