My printer doesn't print it's a cannon MG5650 .I HAVE CLEANED heads but still doesn't print properly any suggestions please Thankyou

It started printing in stripes so I checked cartridges and replaced the black one but after doing that it still wasn't printing properly so I cleaned all the heads and that hasn't worked either in fact it doesn't print anything

So is it still printing in stripes or are you getting blank paper?

There are two cleans on canon printers, als head alignment have you done a DEEP clean and head alignment?

Are you using 'compatible' cartridges?

Thankyou Wolfgang just spent the last hour working out how to do the deep clean and head alignment and it has done the job. Not very good at technology but with a little bit of trial and error worked it out not sure if I can remember how I did it now but also well .thankyou all for your help

So glad you are sorted. If you don't use your printer regularly try to remember to print of a few lines of text once a week, it will help to keep the ink flowing nicely

Sounds like a typical inkjet problem. For what it's worth, I switched to laser many years ago and haven't looked back. Also far more economical than inkjet. Laser printers are very reasonably priced nowadays.
