Virgin Tv 360 Box

Has anybody upgraded their V6 box to the TV 360? The box itself isn't changed just the software and the remote control.
My question is - is the remote controlled delivered through the letterbox and does Virgin want the original remote control back?

I have tried phoning Virgin but am getting nowhere with this simple query.

I've n ever know any company want old remotes back, most will fit through a letter box though. You might find more info or help in the forums
