Does Anyone Have A Spotify Premium Family Account??

From what I can gather, "Family members living under one roof can enjoy up to 6 Premium accounts".
One question - since only the main account holder pays the bill, how can Spotify verify that you do all actually live at the same address?? In other words, what's to stop me opening an account and being the main account holder, paying £14.99 per month, then adding 5 friends and we all split the bill 6 ways??
I don't get it .... does Spotify ask for proof of residence .... and what happens if some of the family members are kids - they're not likely to have a letter addressed to them, or any other similar document.
