What's this computer Game?

I know this is a bit vague, but I remember this computer game from ages ago and I can't remember what it is called. I think it was either for the Super Nintendo or Mega Drive. It was a beat em up game and the only thing I can remember is one fighter was a mad monk and I think one of his moves was enlarging his hand and hitting you with it?!? I know it sounds vague but I can't remember anything else!
