I need to upgrade my BT handsets. I have a few questions about their various products so that I can choose which to go for, but I can't find a way to talk to a BT rep about them. The options on 0800 800 150 don't cover it, the Contact Us on the BT website doesn't have an appropriate category, I'm not getting a Chat option and there's no way on the BT shop website to discuss it. Please can anyone suggest how to get in touch with them?

You can E mail them at [email protected]. Don't know how long it will take for them to get back to you.

Landline, woofgang.

Thanks, ubasses, I'll try that. There's no immediate rush.
If you go into the website that lists all the phones for sale, then click on a handset, you will get all the details of what is available with that particular model. I have just bought a new one with ‘call protect’ and it’s very good. I put in all my allowed numbers and everything else is monitored, so no more junk/scam calls.

I've done that, margarettom , and I can see which ones appear to be suitable, but I don't want to order them and then discover that they don't work. I have had an acknowledgement from the email address that ubasses gave me, so I'll wait and see what happens there.
I'm not sure why you'd buy a phone with a BT logo (but not made by them), when you have a huge choice from the likes of Panasonic that do all (and more) and better.
what gingelbee said.

I guess I'm just an old reactionary...

If it's a BT phone, sold by the BT shop, then it's going to be compatible with any landline installation in the UK.

Thank you, that's what I hoped, but one of my phones is a very old installation so I needed to be sure. The email address that ubasses gave me has responded; they are not trained to give such advice, but have given me a phone number to call. I'll do that tomorrow.
