i have a message come up on my Samsug Galaxy J3 Mobile phone
storage almost full,
have no idea what to do,

emmie, buy from a reputable seller and as big as you are prepared to pay although you don't need 256GB. 64GB or even 32 will suit you.
Of course another option is to restore the phone to factory settings. That will put it back to exactly how it was when you bought it so make sure any photos etc are backed up. It's a faff but worth the effort, I do it regularly with all my devices.

It gets rid of all the accumulated junk that clogs up the memory, makes your phone behave like new. I advise everyone to do it with all their devices at least once a year provided all the data is backed up and you have enough time to do it.

have cancelled the sainsburys one and bought the Amazon one, though that will take a few days to get here....
I don't even get out of the car if I have click and collect. My shopping gets put in the boot and off I go
