I.p Address Help Please!!

For the very first time ever my IPAD has temporarily locked me out of FB/ Messenger and message on screen says it’s temp locked me out as someone has tried to log in from an unknown location, and it gives me the I.P address. Can I trace where this ? And if so how accurately??

It’s ok, I’ve finally managed to sort it, but god what a pain!!

iPad screen had whole load of questions I had to go thru - was it my trying to sting in - no! Had to reset password, 4 digit pass number, had to confirm my mobile number by receiving a txt, reconfirm my email.......took ages!!
