Help With A Document

Using open office and W10, I have a document which originally displayed in single pages, now it displays like a book with two pages side by side on the screen.
I have gone to view, but cannot see how to change it back. Can you help??

Is this for columns?? I've got 2 pages on screen side by side and I want one page at a time.

Look down at the bottom right of your screen. Reading in from the right, you should see a percentage zoom figure, next a zoom slider bar and then a group of three symbols. You need to ensure that the left hand symbol is selected.
