Does anyone know of such a thing? My oldies can't cope with mobile phones but I would love to ditch the landline. Not even the 'big button' mobiles intended for seniors - they jab the wrong buttons, turn it off accidentally and can't get a proper grip.

I need to be confident that they can dial 999 if they need to, we won't be in lockdown forever and there will be times they are left alone. I need a mobile that looks and behaves like a landline.

Yes, bednobs, I think they are normal sized but the one photo emphasises that a SIM card is needed, making it look dolls house size
It would help any confusion if barry stopped calling it a "mobile phone"...since it's going to be permanently plugged into the mains, it's anything but mobile!
It's "mobile" as it's not connected to a 'phone line and requires a SIM card.

I've seen them referred to as "GSM desk 'phone" and using that, there are various ones out there that have keys rather than a dial so I don't know if that's suitable or no.
^yes,TCL, I know that...but previous posters didn't - hence the "confusion".

All the respondents have provided links to phones that need a SIM card so I don't think there has been much confusion :)
I didn't say "much" confusion, I said "any" confusion...and danny was certainly confused.
