Why Can’t I Send Emails?

I can receive emails on my iPad mini but suddenly can’t send them. Something to do with the server. Help please!

Email apps have a nasty habit of screwing up SMTP (outgoing) server settings. The problem is most common with Microsoft email clients (Outlook, etc) on PCs but it does also happen on other devices too.
The simplest solution is usually to delete the mail account and then to create it again. (You won't lose any existing mail).

However I simply wouldn't bother trying to muck about with them. As I've already indicated, it's far simpler to delete the account and then create it again.
To delete your BT account (assuming that you're using the default email app on your iPad mini) go to Settings > Mail > Accounts. [On some iPad models you need to go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts instead]. Tap on the name of your BT account. Tap Delete Account. Tap to confirm.
