Email Help On Ipad! Grrrrrr
9 Answers
I’ve clicked the Email envelope icon on my iPad screen to check my emails and when I go into it I only have emails back to 22nd April - everything previously is gone! They were all there last night, and I need to find an urgent email. They aren’t in JUNK, nor any of my other email accounts. I could just about understand if the whole lot were missing, but I still have the last 4 weeks?? I would ask OH as he works in I.T but he is up to his eyes in work and calls. Anyone have any bright ideas?? God knows what I’m going to do if the lot have gone for good.

Head over to Settings, then tap on Mail — for older devices, this setting may be called Mail, Contacts, and Calendars. Tap on Accounts, then the email account experiencing the issue, then tap on the option titled Mail Days to Sync; this is a setting that tells the system how far back it should reach when digging for new messages. In the case of missing messages, which could date back days or even years as far as the user is concerned, this option should be set to No Limit.
