itune problems

whenever i click on the itunes icon the error massage comes up which asks me if i want to send an error report, (you know the one)! I tried removing the entire program and reinstalling from my cd and from the web but nothing seems to work. I've even tried sending e - mails to the the "support" section of apple.com but it still didn't work. I even tried making sure thaty none of my firewalls are blocking the itunes program. Plz help because i've been stuck with the same old songs for 3 months thnx

I had a similar problem when I upgraded ot iTunes 6. I resolved it by uninstalling iTunes, installing Quicktime standalone version and then reinstalling iTunes. Give it a whirl
