Just had email from [email protected] asking me to click on link for a Digital Passport. Is this a scam?

I think that it's reasonable to assume that a genuine NHS email won't come from a Brazilian domain name!

Don't take offence but the fact you are even wondering if such a bizarre email address is genuine explains why these scammers manage to catch people out.
