I'm trying to get a pension forecast thru Govt Gateway. dDuring the process, the GG program wants to send an access code to my phone. Unfortunately my no (mobile) has changed and there appears to be no way of inputting a new no. into the GG system? Has anyone ever tried to update a phone no. on GG?

have you pressed the cannot use any of these options get help button at the bottom?
If you do get in, also set up an alternative (eg i have a landline on there too in case mob isnt available
