Disabling Routines On Amazon Alexa?

hi all.

so, I own an amazon echo show 5, and right now, after my alarm goes off to wake me up and I tell alexa to turn it off, she tells me the weather for the day and my flash briefing.

I don't want her to do this: at the time she suggested it, I enabled it as I thought it would be a good idea.. weather, news, all when I wake up

but actually: I want it back how it was so when I tell her to stop the alarm, that's it- she stops it. if I want news or weather, I'll ask her for it later

anyone know how I can turn this off- even if you can?. do I just have to go ahead and reset the whole device or is their an easier way

do it in the app
open app - go to "more" go to routines. click on th e routie you dont want any more and disable it
