Why is the easy access tab on my screen taking me to the US site all of a sudden? "Click here to go to Amazon.uk".

That should be US in the title.

Bumping this...any ideas?
Possibly to allow Jeff easy access while he's over here for COP26.

Why didn't I think of that...?
Perhaps Amazon know where you are from? (^_*)

Pasta, log onto your account. If it is showing the correct welcome messagei.e. Hello "pastafreak" above Accounts and Lists then look at the little flag to the left. A U.K. themed site will show the Union Jack and American based site will show the S & S.. Click on the flag and in the drop down menu you will be given options to set/reset your currency and Country/Region. Click on and reset even if they are showing £sterling and the Union Jack.

I did think of trying that togo...I'll give it a go ...
...and that didn't work. I've tried several times :(

Ok...solved sort of. I just added a new quick access tab for Amazon. co.uk
What happens when you use a web search for a product and choose the Amazon option, rather than using the easy access option to enter the Amazon site?
Oohh ... I just taking you there. :))
Question Author
Oh, it takes me to Amazon UK. Adding the new "quick access" tab has solved the problem, but I'd love to know why my original tab changed. It's been there for years.
Wild guess Pasta, but have you recently shared an Amazon link with relatives or friends from the US? That may have triggered Amazon to alter your settings to US based.
