ParcelShop/Locker deliveries.
The last two parcels I had delivered to my home had suggestions that I could considerably reduce my carbon footprint by having future parcels delivered to my nearest ParcelShop or Locker for collection.
As I see it this is only likely to be taken up if the site is within walking distance and the parcel is relatively light/small - not always the case. Also difficult for many disabled folk.
But it left me wondering whether the Delivery Business will gradually evolve to charging more for home delivery than this alternative. It would not surprise me.

I ordered new tablets today, told they will be ready on Monday, pre pandemic times they would have been ready today at 4pm.
