New Dell Venue Pro 8 Tablet - Question Please?

Hello
Have just changed over to this Windows 10 tablet from my old Android and just one thing I cannot fathom out!
Have set it all up but when I am in my Gmails and some other pages like Bing (not all affected) the page is not centred on the screen so I cannot read it all. I looked in display and unlike my other android it is set to 200% recommended - is this something to do with the problem? If I make it 125% it is worse
