App &Browser Control On Hp Laptop Windows 10

I'm worried that my laptop may be susceptible to a virus. I have checked the App & browser control and it says:
''Reputation-based protection. The setting to block potentially unwanted apps is turned off. Your device may be vulnerable.''
Should I press Turn On or just leave it?

I would not touch this add-on, since it is by default in the position in which you found it. The consequence of narrowing the permissions of applications may be a failure in the operation of applications or partial bugs in the work.
