What have I done now - when I type on the keyboard and I am at querty - instead of letters coming up - numbers are coming up. How can I get that off.

Also some foreign language. Clicked on keyboard - no better.

Also can anybody tell me the quickest way to "get back" to previous page when there are no other buttons to help on the page - just the actual page (hope that makes sense).

tablet beside me - it goes ding ding ding - what is it - and can I take it off.

At the bottom left of the keyboard can you see abc? If so, tap that to get the QUERTY keyboard back

The ding ding ding is probably a notification of some sort - you can turn it off in 'settings'.

and when I click on that ABC (capitals) - tried clicking onto it again and it goes back to 123

So when you click on 123 you get the letter keyboard but it is all capitals?
Click on the arrow above the 123

ok - clicked on the above arrow - that has corrected - ta for that

what about getting back to previous page

Can you see a little back arrow at the very bottom of the screen? There should be a row of three icons - three vertical bars on the left, a square in the middle and a back arrow on the right.
Tap the back arrow

In the Playstore but you might find it more confusing than the standard keyboard that you have

at the bottom - this is what I have

time symbol of wifi squarebox(with a strike) over it then 3 dots - when I click onto the three dots it asks me

new tab (amongst other options) but I don't want new tab all the time - just back -

no arrow - just - cookies setting and advertisements - definitely can't see an arrow

Are you looking at very bottom of your screen, not at the top. The very bottom

Also I didn't do this but the browser that automatically came in itself is Chrome - this is on the Homepage. Can I have other browsers - or should I stick with Chrome

You can have whatever browser you want. I have Brave

when I want to go back to Homepage - I sweep up from the bottom - does that help you.
