Help With Facebook Problem

I have used FB for years and have always managed to use it with no major issues ... until now.

If I click on a photograph in a post it shows me the photo in full-screen but I am unable to see any comments for the particular photograph. I am using FB mainly on a laptop but if I use it on my Kindle I can see the photos and the comments with no problems.

I can't work out if it is supposed to work this way or if I have done something stupid.

I have saved some older posts and I am unable to access the comment unless I use my Kindle (so they still exist) but not on the laptop.

Can anybody help?

Have you tried
(a) clearing your browser's cache ; and/or
(b) using a different browser?

When the photo is full screen press the 'back' button and then the photo should shrink and you'll be able to scroll through the comments.

Tried both of your solutions but, sorry, still not working. I will just have to create a workaround with my Kindle.
