I'm Trying To Connect A Tablet To The Wifi.

I've used both the wi-fi password and the router password but neither are accepted.
Could it be that the lady who originally installed the internet used her own password then?

If the tablet has awap facility and the router has a wap set button try launching them both within 20 seconds of each other to see if it will hook up.
Another one to try is clear all the wifi data(saved wifi sites) on the tablet, reboot the router/modem. When the router is showing that it is working reboot the tablet and try to input again. Rmember if you do this and then take the tablet to somewhere that it was hooked up to a router(home say) you will need to repeat the wifi input from the original router.
I'm house/cat sitting in an isolated area of Galicia in northern Spain.
A new kitten has joined the household and she appears to be of an age when she wants out to find a boyfriend.
So now I'd need to be careful with windows and doors. I'd need eyes in the back of my head.
It's been surprisingly dry over the last few weeks so I can get out for lots of local walks.
