Laptop Fault {Loose Nut Behind The Keyboard}

On my other laptop when I switch it on all I is a blue screen "sign into windows"no matter what I do I cannot get rid of it and when I touch any key I get a blank screen then after about 30 the sign into windows scree comes back, I cannot get access in to anything,HELP PLEASE.

You haven't said what version of Windows you are using, nor the make and model of your laptop but does this help?
