It's done by the original people who invented the Champ Man series before Eidos took the license away from them. You don't get much closer to realise then FM2006. The ability to be like Mourinho and pee off all managers is fun, plus you can have time team talks to your players, the training system isn't tiresome like previous versions. And well theres plenty of information and quality unknown players to find. The 2D pitch is also a bonus!
