How to Tune a Sanyo TV?

I recently bought a Sanyo TV on eBay (model C25EP57NB) - only problem is, I don't know how to tune it! I reckon I've found the autotune button on the remote, but not sure of the sequence of buttons to press to tune, how long to press them etc. Anyone out there can help??

I can't see that one but I'll bet the same or similar method is used for most of them.
