Laptop Has Lost Sound.

i am unable to turn the sound up and when i go to settings it says no output devices found. Im using win 11 and have a lenovo laptop. Anyone any ideas?

This link has an excellent listing of all the things you should try in turn. However there's an ad to be bypassed first. So ignore the bit about downloading Restore PC Repair Tool and scroll down to 'How can I fix the No audio output device installed error?'. Then try each possible solution in turn until (hopefully) you solve the problem:
