Photos From Mobile Phone To Pc
2 Answers
since my PC went in for repair I haven't been able to move photos from my mobile phone to my PC as I used to. Mobile is Hauwei Honor 6A and my op system is Windows 10. What I used to do was this : click Start, select Photos from the list, select import and finally Import from USB. Any thoughts on what has gone wrong or any other method of moving the photos to my PC. thank you in advance.

Go to 'Computer' on your PC and double-click on the icon for your mobile phone.
Investigate the folders on your phone (just as you would explore folders on a USB memory stick) to find out where it stores your photos. (Don't worry if they're not in 'Camera', 'Gallery' or whatever. They're just as likely to be in a folder called 'DCIM', or similar).
Then drag-and-drop, or copy-and-paste, the files from your phone to your PC.
