Arcam amp

I recently bought an Arcam Diva 65 plus amplifier, and have noticed when moving the switch between 'CD, AV, Phono' etc, there is an audible 'bump' through the speakers.

Also, more annoyingly, this 'bump' can be heard between CD tracks. Anyone know what's causing it?
