Free Trial With Appletv
5 Answers
I bought a new iPhone a year ago and am approaching the end of my free years trial with AppleTv and I have been notified that as from 16th August I will be charged. I also bought a new iPad a couple of months ago and seems like I am entitled to another free year with Apple TV. My question is, if I cancel iphone's free deal on the 15th. Will it cancel my deal with the ipad ? How do I activate the ipad one. Hope I have explained myself properly ! Thanks

Only 1 free trial. Unless you have 2 different Apple ID’s - but if you’ve already linked the iPad to the same Apple ID I think it will recognise that that iPad is not entitled. You could try a 2nd ID and see if it works.
I got a free year from my broadband. Then I got a 3 month trial from Currys Perks - bot worked probably because they were 3rd party trials. I didn’t expect the Currys one to work.
Let me know as I could try my Macbook trial!
