Hi what is a phone number that keeps ringing me but I cannot identify. It starts with a plus sign then 353 64 852 203.

+353 implies it's an Irish number. If you're not expecting call from Ireland it will be spam.

Blocking works bu there's sometimes a delay of a week before ban works.... but they sometimes have loads a different numbers
