recently i bought from haversack a SOLITAIRE MASTER-5 the game would not load i kept getting the msge

i sent this back to the suppliers after they confirmed i should not get this msge they replaced the game but the new copy keeps giving me the same msge and will not load beyond the opening screen i have also tried DSTART.exe and run also F as my computer shows disc loading as entry F no luck

i have taken it to a friends house but he will not be able to try until after christmas as his comp is out of action can anybody help me with loading problems or how i can get rid of msge
