Extra line in daughters room was disconnected back in september when she went to college and has been dead ever since. However all through the holiday so far she is still managing to connect to AOL with the modem plugged into it.


Anyone know why this would be?

perhaps a neighbour has a wireless router connected and in fact she is using next doors connection rather than the dead extension
