Hi there,

Just a brief intro into my situation with a neighbour which I believe is harassing us.
We had ongoing number of incidents with this person living next door since last June.
Dog barking issue. Since we had a dare to ask her to do something with the barking we had a vendetta against us by her. From trying to damage our property, throwing rubbing, trespassing without permission, threatening messages yet again things escalated as I was coming back from work and pulled to park my car as I need to do it I have to stop half was across her drive to back safely into my drive. I have been doing it for years without any issues this time she have been in her drive she decided to sped up towards me crossing pavement and stopping an inch from my car. Then as I was backing up she drove out almost hitting into me inches from my car and like nothing she reversed and drove back into her drive. Please could anyone advise me what to do?

As someone on the 'other side' of this sort of situation I would say if you are in a position to then move - I wish I could. I certainly wouldn't stay somewhere if I could afford to move.

So you drive on to her drive, not across it whilst staying on the public highway?

I did not drive onto her drive i was on public road / layby half way across her drive when she sped up towards
So, across the front of her drive, but not on her drive. That's fine, especially if you were not stationary. Most people that reverse into their drives have to pull across the front of other people's driveways. Sounds like she is just trying to make your life difficult.

Yes but this time I feel threatened by her she almost hit my car and drove after me as I was reversing my car purely to intimidate. I got it on cctv. Will police do something about it?
The police won't do anything, however my advice would be to keep the CCTV footage and make a note of it in a diary. Write each intimidating event in the diary and once you've got a few written down, then I'd contact the police and discuss it with them.
You complained about their dog ?

How dare you. The dog lobby won't accept criticism of their little darlings from anybody, and the extremists among them can get violent.

P.S. Before I once again get accused of being a dog-hater, I love dogs, but in their proper place with proper behaviour.
