There are bluetooth headphones you can buy for MP3 players but they are not very good as the transfer rate for Bluetooth is not really good enough for decent stereo sound. Next year Bluetoooth 2 will be common and at that point you can expect Bluetooth 2 wireless headphones to be everywhere.
