Motorola G5...Help!!!

I have a Motorola G5 ,had it years.
Yesterday couldn't turn it on(fingerprint),so I restarted it.
It worked...but today I rang my daughter ,she could not hear me ,also on coming to message her on Messenger, I could not get it to work when I speak the message,can still type it in.But the other way is so much easier and quicker.
I must have done something to the settings
Can anyone help.please

I know what is the problem, it is the microphone.
Yesterday when i was trying to get it on ,i saw a small hole by the finger print button,like you get for putting a sim card ,so I did that and must have messed it up.there is a small screw which you can see on the inside.
Anybody know how i can fix it
