Microsoft Edge Problem

I am trying to print out but laptop just keeps buffering and says Microsoft Edge is not responding...any ideas how to fix this please?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Given that Edge comes pre-installed with Windows, the fact that only about 5% of PC users actually use it ought to tell you something about it. As Barry says, try using a decent browser instead! Chrome is the most obvious choice (although my own preference is for Slimjet).
However, if you're determined to stick with Edge (WHY???), this link suggests that signing into or out of your Microsoft account (presumably depending upon whether you're already signed in or not) might be all that's needed to fix the problem:

Google isn't a web browser. It's a search engine. It's Google Chrome that's a web browser. If you're still seeing a message about Microsoft Edge, you must clearly still be using that browser, rather than Chrome.
